Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid personal decision-making and career planning sessions booked through Cloud Craft Life Planning after fees are agreed in writing.

Cancellations by you

• More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or free reschedule once.
• Within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee is retained to cover reserved time; remainder refunded or credited.
• No-show without notice: fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations by us

If we must cancel (illness, facility issue), you choose a full refund or priority reschedule at no extra charge.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed when requested at least 24 hours ahead. Additional moves may incur an administrative fee if proposed in your service agreement.

Deposits

Deposits holding a multi-session arc are refundable minus any documented third-party costs already paid on your behalf, provided cancellation rules above are met.

Work already delivered

If you terminate after receiving written deliverables (decision memos, matrices), fees for completed work are non-refundable; unused prepaid sessions follow the cancellation windows above.

Refund method

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days unless banking rules require longer.

Email info@cloud-craft.digital with your name, session date, and reason. Include “Refund request” in the subject line. We respond within 3 business days.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue charges or translation services booked at your request are passed through and not refundable once confirmed.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law where applicable.
