This notice explains how we handle personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and related rules. It applies to visitors of cloud-craft.digital and clients who contact us.
Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, message text, and the page path you submitted from.
- Consent preference: a value stored in your browser (localStorage) recording whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage, as described on our Cookies page.
- Communication records: emails or call notes when you engage our planning services.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or social plugins on this website. No behavioural profiles are created from your browsing here.

Where data goes
Inquiry submissions are sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. Our hosting environment processes the payload so staff can reply. We do not sell inquiry data or share it with unrelated marketers.
Retention
- Inquiries unanswered after 12 months are deleted unless a client relationship continues.
- Client engagement files are kept for the duration of services plus 5 years for accounting and dispute limits unless a shorter period is agreed.
- Consent strings remain until you clear site data or withdraw consent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and object to certain processing. Contact info@cloud-craft.digital or call +66-2-258-7316. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
Security
We use TLS for transport, limit staff access, and review providers handling our infrastructure. No method is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive identifiers through the form.
International transfers
If you join a video session from outside Thailand, your data may be processed where our tools operate. We use vendors with appropriate safeguards where required.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date when practices change materially.
